Refer Nationwide DIP- How Long Did You Wait for an Answer?

My partner and I submitted an application for a DIP to Nationwide which got referred on 27th January. We sent off the requested documents (payslips, proof of bonus, bank statements and proof of gifted deposit) which were received on 3rd February.
I know it has only been a week but I keep checking my application everyday for updates and i just need to know if they will email me when they reach a decision or if this amount of time is usual and i shouldn't expect to hear back anytime soon?
Has anyone else been in my shoes and can advise how long it took for you to get a decision on your refer?

Ring them - They have probably forgot to look at half of your documents and marry them up to the requirements like they did with us.
0845 609 3421 - Nationwide New Business phone number.
If that still doesn't get things sorted after a few days, make a complaint.
It took us around a total of 2 months to get a mortgage offer from them with all the messing around they did, we had a horrible experience, but it all worked out in the end.0 -
0845 609 3421 has been replaced by a freephone number, 0800 545 3131.I am a mortgage broker. Ah fair enough. Thanks kingstreet for correcting me. Trust me I called them enough I actually knew the 0845 one from memory.0 -
TBH I still use your number.
I have a BT deal which covers 0845 numbers, so I've never changed. I just thought I'd mention it for users on here.
I had to look up the new one!

Ah, thank you so much everyone!
I will definitely give Nationwide a call then and see what the hold up is.0
