I've just had a quote of £960 to alter my title deeds (Scotland) from 3 people to myself - all parties in agreement.
The conveyancing is £600 plus £360 land registration costs.
The property has no mortgage.

In line with what my firm would charge- though we are a larger Edinburgh corporate firm. Without knowing the finer details its hard to say more. Did you shop around?
