tips for a newbie?

Hi guys,

I have been comping for about a week now and I try to enter as many competitions as I can I aim for a minimum of 100 a day depending on my shifts at work. I have read tips saying you need to be aiming for 100-1000 a day to see any real comeback.

I've got a notebook which I have been writing closing dates for postal competitions etc. but I have not been writing down closing dates for online competitions- Do you guys do this? Is it worth getting a calendar specifically for comping to mark closing dates on?

I have a separate e-mail address which has been bombed with junk already. I'm glad I got a separate one!

Cheers guys
Ellie

Unless you need to go back to a site to claim (very rare and mostly facebook) there is no real point in keeping a note of any closing dates.
