    Various items from a show I attended at Olympia today. One of the free goody bags had a jar organic pure extra virgin coconut oil. I was intending to buy one at the show. Luckily I got the goody bag first.

    I did not have any thing to take to work for lunch today, so went to the new sandwich shop. On the way there I walked past a promotional stand handing out free 500 ml bottles of ready to drink ribenia and they gave me 2 flavours, and in the sandwich shop they were promoting a coconut dark chocolate square (a bit like dark bounty in flavour) she asked me if I would like some to try and gave me a whole one! I was well pleased.
    Dogs return to eat their vomit, just as fools repeat their foolishness. There is no more hope for a fool than for someone who says, "i am really clever!"

    Yesterday used a voucher for a free eye test. Had to get 2 new glasses - distance and reading. Managed to get lens for each glasses free - £45 each . Only had to pay for frames. So saved £111 altogether.
