Sorry now I've looked properly I can see the complete list. Didn't realise I had to scroll the Waitrose page.:o

Now I have a decision to make!

    No worries,

Mine went through at less than £10 per meal deal but I doubt it will be honoured when I pick them up tomorrow :o

What gets me with these meal deals is that they have several meat and fish options, but only one veggie option, and the veggie option is always very uninspiring.

The Waitrose veggie choice is cauliflower and macaroni cheese! Not exactly a thrilling or romantic choice. The M&S veggie choice is risotto. Again, not exactly thrilling and as I make a nice risotto myself I wouldn't bother

Exactly, although I did notice that Ocado have 2 veggie options, both pasta based. One is Fresh Pasta Co Butternut and sage Tortelli and the other is Charlie Bighams spinach and ricotta cannelloni.

I've ordered two meal deals, they worked out at £15 per meal deal, and I've also ordered some other stuff, including the 3 for £10 meats to take the order over £40 so I can collect on Saturday.

I've never ordered on-line with them before so how does it work if they decide not to honour the price quoted on my order form? Do I find that when I go to pick my stuff up they will charge me more and if so, do I have the right to decline some of my order? Sorry if these are daft questions - I've just never had any experience of ordering on-line with them before.

the price shown online and on your order is just a guide price, the price you pay will be the price in the shop on the day your order is picked. It does clearly state this online when you order.

If it differs from your 'guide' price then you can refuse the items (or the entire order) if you wish but they have no obligation to honour a price that was on your order.

Thanks for the clarification. I'll be interested to hear how other people get on.

Just been and collected mine and they had gone through as £20 each when they were picked, the lady said its an internet error so I had the option to refuse or accept.

To be fair I did know that it is a guide price only and I did think it would go through at the correct price but it was worth a try :o
