Agreed. We had a case recently that our client only told us once deposit funds were requested that it was part vendor gifted, referred back to lender and the offer was withdrawn..
Out if curiosity how much is the purchase price and what amount are you borrowing?
I certainly can't comment on tesco bank as I've not had many dealings with them, but some lenders have seemed to have a more flexible approach in the past with referred deposits that haven't been previously declared on application.0 -
