Hi Molly, and welcome
Firstly well done for signing up and posting - the people here are full of good advice
Secondly, take a deep breath, sit down with a nice cup of tea and fill one of these in to allow people to have a better look at your situation so they can offer advice

You're definately not alone and I'm sure theres a way to make things better for you - you've made the first step by posting here.0 -
Firstly you have come to the right place, secondly there is a way out of this, there always is. I don't have time to write a long post but hang in there, other members will come along and offer all the advice you need.
Your first step is to provide a statement of affairs: http://www.stoozing.com/calculator/soa.php
Take your time with this, be honest and we can all look at options to increase income and reduce outgoings. Time is of the essence here. Have you spoken to any debt charities?
As I say, there is a way out of this.
Edit: beaten by Zerdi6 with an almost identical post!0 -
Molly - is everything ok?
I've seen you have been online this morning, just wondered how you are doing?0 -
What does your husband say about everything? Together you can sort out anything - many people on here have sorted out £100k plus debts!
I hope you are ok xx0 -

Hello Molly
I hope your repossession hearing went ok. Let us know how you got on.
As it sounds like you have a lot going on I think it would be a good idea to telephone one of the free debt advice charities like National Debtline or StepChange so you can talk through your whole situation and get full advice.
For help with short term essential payments you need to make like car repairs you can check whether there are any grants or trust funds you can apply to through Turn2us:

Sorry- I am not sure why I didn't read that properly.
We all see so many issues on here because on partner doesn't realise about the debts- but surely people must realise how far their income can stretch!
Why do some of us take the responsibility and let the other person float around thinking everything is fine?
My ex thought it was all my fault and nothing to do with him - yet most of it was spent on him and his whims!0
