Please accept apologies if i'm messing up threads or something, I've never used a message board before.
Does anyone know if there are lenders who have products for those with near prime or worse credit ratings which do not have early repayment charges as a standard term

I can't give you specific advice, but I would think it unlikely. Most sub-prime lenders have far higher ERCs than prime lenders.
You need to see an independent mortgage adviser for this sort of situation.0
