Hi all,
Received a letter from Rockwell via Arrow showing an outstanding balance from a loan in 1997. There is no original amount on the statement or term of original contract. Previously they were unable to supply a CCA. But I've kept paying monthly to keep them of my case as they were vile monsters n the phone and kept reducing me to tears.
Shall I either stop paying or ask for a settlement figure or carry on paying until the full amount (several thousand). I think the debt has been sold on at least four times now.
Any advice would be gladly welcome.
