Good Evening All :j
Just looking for a bit of help.
I have received a letter from Red Castle Recoveries stating a debt held with Quick Quid has been assigned to them.
Other than their address, phone number (I will not be calling them) and a pay website address - they do not have any email.
They mention Arvato Financial Solutions Ltd as well.
Any one had any dealings with them and if so; do you have an email address as I am in a debt management plan which Quick Quid knew about before passing it on.

As I understand it, Red Castle are part of a firm called Gothia and therefore the following email address can be used:

Arvato is another trading name of the same organisation.

Just to let you know OP, I had a debt sold on to Red Castle years ago and they were actually quite easy to deal with and not too unpleasant.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
