Just stopping by to remind you that you're not alone and I love your idea of "all the little things". I keep reading that this is a marathon not a sprint, which is so true, but this is a regular reminder of things we can do to keep the momentum going.

    Well done so far!!

    Morning all,

Well I feel like I had quite a good day yesterday. We did have our quality family time together but as the weather was bad we decided to play on the Wii again and we all laughed lots so it must have been a success and even better was that it cost us absolutely nothing.
It has given me the idea to try and do at least one fun activity a day without spending any money.

We are off to London in a couple of weeks to see Take That so the less money we spend in this half term the more we will have to spend in London so I'm going to set a budget of £50 for the whole week (that's from today until Sunday 31st May).

Any way back to my little thing's for today:-

    1/ Swagbucks - DONE 63/60bonus 6 swagbucks :)

    5/ Enter 100 competitions - DONE 170 entered :)
6/ Check for new coupons - DONE no new ones found but uploaded Shopitize receipt for free M&M's (£1) :)
7/ No heating on all day - DONE :)
8/ GiftHulk - DONE 611 but Radio Loyalty still playing :)
9/ Plan meal for today - DONE - Chicken Pie with mash and veg :)
10/ Water plants (if it doesn't rain!) - DONE :)
11/ List item for sale on Facebook - DONE relisted craft supplies and Avon job lot :)
12/ Turn mobile off while at home - DONE :)

17/ Decide as a family what we want to do whilst in London and try and find discount vouchers
18/ Parcel up and post craft CD's sold on facebook - DONE will have to post tomorrow though as forgot Bank Holiday today :)
19/ Conserve as much of £50 half term budget as can - DONE Nothing spent as we all enjoyed a day of Wii games 0/50 :)
20/ Read book in bed instead of play on tablet this evening -
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

The sun is shining and its a beautiful day but there is no chance of the kids and I taking advantage of it as my mum and dad are only just starting their leisurely breakfasts and seem in no hurry to get up and going at all.
