    I'm sorry I don't know enough about you or your case to give advice.

    I don't know why TW hasn't offered an HTB option and have no way of knowing if that can be changed now.

    How was Halifax recommended if you only had 10% deposit? It's usual maximum is 80% for newbuild, so I'm now completely confused?

    Current mortgage offer that I have is for 20%. Taylor Wimpey as a pre-requisite asked for 10% of the sum to be paid at the start, (happend last year) and the rest 10% to be given upon completion of the property.

    I then spoke to my broker and he stated that I can get it for 15% instead of 20%. Now i was thinking to lower it down further to 10% instead of the initial 20% that i opted for. Guess i got myself in a pickle :(
