New mortgage application

Hi all,

My Partner and I were in the process of purchasing last year, we had our mortgage accepted and were very close to exchanging when out of the blue vendor pulls out giving no reason at all.

We started looking again in the year and have just had offer accepted on a flat, however will a mortgage application from just a few months ago on our credit reports affect our new application as we are likely to go with different lender ?
