Prizes not working

Received a prize and set it all up but it does not work.
Was a Twitter win so sent them a message on there and have also emailed the lady who was sorting it all.
Should I get in touch with prize provider as well.
Was a peanut butter maker - competition host was hypersec or something like that!!
But prize came from prezzybox
Iv got all original packaging and the delivery note from prezzybox. It has been used tho- as set it all up and put the peanuts and oil in before realising nothing happened when switched on. So unsure if could be replaced
How long should I wait for a reply or to message them again and who should I be contacting.
It's not a big prize but it's one I actually wanted
