Hi everyone, am new to this so please can someone give me advise regarding a company called ndr money. I have recently ran up a huge debt with a catalogue and unfortunately fell into arrears hence ndr becoming involved, I am currently paying of this debt at £250 pm but whats frustrating in they refuse to budge on the repayment dates for me as they always fall before my paydays, then i always receive a letter saying am in default and refusing to keep up my payments. I can assure you that I am not, i have set up for the payment to be taken from my debit card on my paydays. why won't they help me on this? please someone advise me. thank you x

They are in house collections for shop direct and Littlewoods group of catalogues. Write a letter of complaint telling them you intend to report them to the FCA and complain to the FOS if they dont start treating you fairly. Itemise every point of complaint.Still rolling rolling rolling......

Thank you, they say because the credit agreement is for every 28 days they can't do anything? The payment is still being made, ok perhaps not on time (and i have explained the reasons behind this) but i still make the payments.0

If you cant meet there re-payment schedule then you may be better off withholding payment and waiting till Shop direct sell the debt on to a DCA, who will be more accommodating.
NDR payments are one and the same as shop direct, and will not budge on the original payment dates.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. As I said complain and demand they refund any penalties or youll take them to the FOS. Plenty of people have done and had the penalty fees refunded so dont let these scumbags get away with them.Still rolling rolling rolling......<
