Anyone for a pancake race?

Just a reminder pancake day is on 17th February.

Pancake day began as a way of using up eggs, butter and milk before Lent.
It is a tradition to hold pancake races - running and tossing pancakes.

Recipe for 10 delicious pancakes =
1 large egg
275ml semi-skimmed milk
115g plain flour
sunflower oil to grease pan
caster sugar and lemon quarters to serve

The decision of what filling to put in my pancakes. I think I might put in berries this year. Although everyone is free to choose their own filling here!Honey & Lemon, chocolate spread or berries.
