help working out my payslip

Help - I am a student with a part time job at Aldi on a 25 hour contract I have worked there for about 6 months.
My tax code is 1000L which I believe is correct, the problem is my last three pay slips
They look like this e.g -
Basic003 861.22
Extra005 -32.22
I am getting wages taken away and its not for Nat Ins. that is listed elsewhere
I know I should just talk to the manager if something is wrong but this might be something really obvious I just have not seen it before.
Would really appreciate any help, Thanks.

Were you paying tax in the early months of working for them or had you not had paid work earlier in the year?
What have you earned in total while working for them?
How old are you (not all students are 18-21)?
Did you provide them with a P45 or was this your first job in this tax year?0 -
Have you signed up for any salary sacrifice scheme0

The things that you seem to refer to are payments to HMRC, and I would be very surprised if they don't appear on the payslip as either Tax or NI. I think chris' suggestion is a much more likely reason.0 -

The OP mentioned NI but not tax - hence my questions.
Presumably "extra 005" is an internal Aldi code for Aldi deduction. Surprised the OP wouldn't have realised that a "salary sacrifice" meant sacrificing salary.
On reflection - perhaps the OP has now qualified for entry to a pension scheme and needs to decide fairly quickly whether they want to stay in.0 -
Extra005 is listed in the payment not the deduction colum that's what led to my confusion I think it must stand for overtime that I have done that I didn't do in the first three months. It is being taken away from my total wage and I am not sure why so I will have to talk to my manager about it. Thanks0
