  • Hi all, may I join?

    M- chicken, broccoli, pak choy stir fry with rice
    T - beef red Thai curry
    W - pesto pasta
    Th - leftovers
    Fri - Chicken casserole
    Sat - Lamb korma
    Sun - leftovers

    Lunches will be mostly leftovers but I'm planning to make a veg soup at some stage too.
    Breakfasts are either cereal or eggs and toast.
    I'll let you know how I go!

  • This week is planned, need to do a freezer reccy for next week to ease the bulging.

    Mon - spag bol, HM garlic bread
    Tues - salmon fishcakes, HM chips, salad
    Wed - nasi goreng with quorn chicken and fried egg
    Thur - freezer meals (HM, everyone gets to choose their own, all eating at different times)
    Fri - sausage & tomato traybake
    Sat - DH turn to treat me but prawns will be involved
    Sun - Roast chicken dinner & YP

    M Pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce, broccoli and garlic bread
    T Liver and bacon with mash sprouts and carrots
    W Chicken kievs/ chicken and bacon pies, new pots and veg (using a few oddments from freezer)
    Th Fish pie topped with mash with veg

    Then away for the weekend!

    That is one of my favourite groups on FB. Lorna makes me laugh :D
    I also follow a 'Frugal Homemaking and Living' one which is great too.

    For breakfasts OH has cereal, I have YS crumpets from freezer. My lunches - leftover cottage pie today,tuna saladx2, soup and pasta.

    Tue- Grilled chicken and noodles
    Weds- at the parents for tea
    Thurs- Steak pie, potatoes and veg
    Fri- fish pie
    Sat- Fajitas
    Sun- toasties (husband is footballing so just a light tea).
