Possible CCJ claim issued to previous address

    The claimant is a rent guarantee scheme letting agent who have appeared on these boards for other things, we don't dispute she is in arrears but they are sneaky as hell in the way they go about things and currently she is a further £480 down as a result of the cost of this claim...

    Thankyou... Lots of frantic googling as I was panicking he wouldn't have time to respond, we don't intend to ignore the claim just need time to find out what's going on. Once again really grateful for your input.
