Hi,
You might enjoy having a look at the blog Mr Money Mustache. It is quite relevant to your circumstances because he looks at early retirement (inc rental properties) for people who earn a good salary - willing to live a simple life. I found it interesting but our income isn't really enough to follow the philosophy that well!
