Bank won't accept offer from Payplan

Hi
I've been with Payplan for 12 months and have paid £1800 on a debt of £30,000ish. One of my seven creditors didn't accept the offer and have put £1100 of bank charges and interest in that time. Is there anything I can do? The other six have frozen the interest and charges and the balance is going down (albeit slowly).

It took ages for Lloyds bank to accept mine. In the end I made a formal complaint in writing, listing how many letters I had sent tryign to communicate with them to accept payments, detailign all the payments I had sent and totallign all the charges. I pointed out that if it went to court the courts would frown on there actions as they are expoliting me benefiting from my financial difficulties.
They sent me a case of wine and refunded me some of the intest and accepted paymetns for a year.0 -

HSBC wouldn't accept my offer either, in the end i came to an informal arrangement with them. (Only £5 more than what the orginal offer was. But only after they withdrew my debit card and my partners debit card (even though it was my debt). I am having problems now with Halifax who Payplan made an informal arrangement with, they have started charging me interest again. I have sent a new financial statement to them but they are still charging my interest - I feel a stroppy letter will be the only way as Phone calls don't seem to make a difference.
Good luck with HSBC. - I know Payplan like to do all the negotiating but go directly to HSBC and see what they offer.0
