BoS/halifax mortgage

Hoping for some reassurance folks.
We got a mortgage promise on 1st Dec. Offer accepted on the house 15th Jan. Mortgage application started on 19th... Sent to underwriters to ensure we were eligible for 5% mortgage. Confirmed 21st Jan. Mortage advisor at BoS off on holiday until 26th Jan.. Back in to finish that day. So say 27th when full mortage Application sent away.
No word back yet. Phoned mortgage advisor twice a day since wed, left voicemails and phones branch. Nothing.
Time to panic yet?
