The Contest runs from January 22, 2015 through to midnight CET on February 14, 2015.
On February 16, 2015, we will randomly select ten runner-up winners and one overall winner out of all the valid entries received.
Each of the ten runner-up winners will receive a Valentine’s Day 2015 Swatch watch valued at CHF 70 (“Valentine’s Watch”).
The overall winner will receive a Valentine’s Watch and a travel voucher worth € 2,000.

Facebook required for entry?

1. Only one entry per person will be accepted; automated or repetitive entries are not allowed.
2. To enter:
   • register or log in with your Facebook account at http://thisislove.swatch.com/ (“the Site”) and
   • post a text message or photo with a Valentine’s Day theme (“Content”) to the Site using the hashtag #thisislove or #swatch.

18- To claim their prize, the winners will be required to prove their identity by submitting documents to that effect (e.g., a copy of an ID card).
19- The overall winner will be responsible for obtaining and submitting any travel documents (e.g., a visa) necessary to redeem the travel voucher. If he is unable to do so, we reserve the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant
22- You agree that we may publish your first name and country of residence on any of our websites (including in the Swatch section of any third-party websites) and in any of our print publications if you are selected as a winner and that we may send you emails for purposes related to the Contest, subject to your right to refuse such emails at any time.
23- The winners will bear any taxes or levies due on their prize.
28- The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict-of-law rules. In the event of any disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
