Mortgage arrears

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH 'FIELDCALL' ? IF SO COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW
We are one month behind with our mortgage with the woolwich/barclays. We had a phone call from 'fieldcall' telling us they were going to visit us and discuss our arrears. We are trying to get the money together to pay off the arrears. We have had letters from the woolwich, but nothing to say they were organising another company to visit us. My mother has been scammed recently, so i feel the need to be more cautious. We checked at our local barclays yesterday, they were not sure if the woolwich used this company.
Today we received a letter from fieldcall - barclays pre litigation. Saying they have been requested by barclays to contact us. The letter is not signed, it just has fieldcall ltd at the bottom of the letter.
I just think it is all a bit strange, especially when we have a debt managment programme which has been running for 2 years, through a christian char ity who have been brilliant. I would be really grateful if anyone on here could reassure me....thanks
