ML will have read David Craigs book Plundering the Public Sector. Everyone should read it and learn why CSA, NHS, MOD, etc are in a mess whilst the culprits become millionaires. The money the banks owe us pails into insignificance by comparison. ML should pursue the consultants and expose these frauds which cause children to go without, soldiers to die, hospital wards to close etc. (I hope mentioning this book does not break MSE rules re adverts but if half the book is true, then an exception should be allowed.)
