Well we completed on our house today - mortgage is 187500 over 14 years at 2.75% for two years.

I joined the club a few months ago and its very motivating I will tell you! Its good to have a target you can add it to the MFW 2015 thread to keep a running total. I find that really helpful.
You also get loads of encouragement from fellow MFWers which is the best bit really.

Also have a 14 year mortgage but hoping to pay it off in 10 or even less years.
