CapQuest Orange CallCredit
Hi I'm not sure where I should put this sorry if it needs moving I don't know.
I had a contract with Orange; I missed a payment and it defaulted. On my CallCredit report it shows up as account started: 11/8/2009 defaulted: 12/04/2010.
I made weekly payments of £20 by standing order between 6th January 2012 - 2nd March 2012 looking back at statements using online banking. So I paid £180 but only £130 has been taken off the balance. Also it lists the last payment as being made in May 2013.
So there's money missing and incorrect dates of payments.
How should I go forward with this now? As they rang me today 6th February 2015 but I wasn't in to answer.

Is the account now paid off and not showing it, or is it simply a matter of the amount still outstanding being slightly wrong?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thank you for your reply

No there's only £161 remaining. What can I do?
Can I tell them it's wrong and send the proof and they'll change it and could I use it as bargaining power to get a cheap final settlement. I'm not sure I trust them as they've entered false information on my CallCredit report.0 -
are you sure collection fee and that its just not callcredit laggingDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
