Do you have any tricks up your sleeve to make your hair look thicker and maybe stop it thinning any more?

I was losing hair but came across something called Diatomaceous Earth. I started taking a teaspoon every morning in the first week of November last year and hardly lose any hair now. The only down side for me is my hair grows so fast I have to colour my hair sooner than I did before, or try and hide the parting as that bit tends to have more grey than the rest.

Google DE but make sure you look at reviews for human consumption grade which is finer than the other stuff.
