If you do it from their website and use outlook etc it's really fast and easy because the subject line is filled in

Outlook always plays up for me, so I find doing it from the post easier. I have a draft saved with my details and the email address, and only have to add the subject line. :j

Thanks Gilla I'd never thought of saving a draft and doing it that way saved me loads of time! Cheers HJB & Nash for posting the comps my O/H will be happy if I win any of those.

I've got a signature with my details in that I use just for comps, DH set it up for me. Saves loads of time as I use Outlook Express.
