Easy Peasy 3 ingredient Nutella Brownies

1 cup nutella
2 medium eggs
10 Tbsp plain flour

Preheat oven to Gas Mk4 or 180C.
Place 12 bun cases into a bun tin.
Mix Nutella & eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in flour.
Spoon into bun cases, level the tops. Will be about 2/3 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Not made this in a long time but my memory has been stirred by thoughts of a lemon cake I used to make. Then split and filled with Nutella. Oh it was good.

Why would you do that to the beautiful stuff? Contaminate it with bananas? Yuck.

I refuse to bake with it - it's too precious as it is. Cook with normal chocolate spreads - Nutella is just perfect with a spoon or breadstick.
