I'm sure it was 12 months worth of statements. Don't worry if you don't have them though because the OR can get what he needs himself.

If you are making token payments to your creditors then cancel the direct debits. This will help you save for the fees too because you can use that money for that purpose.

Thanks appointment booked for new account to be opened this week, the not so lovely bank i'm with decided to allow a informal overdraft on my account for £150 to my loan company although i had rang them explained my situation and made a contribution payment to them :( so now next week im £150 down and being charged a daily fee, annoyed does not come close!!

It really won't matter at all.....once the BR petition is stamped, it is irrelevant how much 'debt' has been added to the account..you won't be paying a bean!!
No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
  • Yes I know, thanks more annoyed that they will take back the huge amount as soon as my money goes in which is 3/4 of my shopping money :(. my own thought I suppose with everything else going on i completely forgot to cancel my end and truested the loan company to do it!! stupid me:(

Try taking your money out very early on, the day it goes into your bank (before they cancel your temp overdraft). Or can you get the payment switched to another (trusted) persons account? There might be ways round it.
When does the money go in?
