Yes - I've got family that work there and they really are struggling at the moment. Lots of redundancies but more work ! Plus implementing the Santander accounts system with little or no training and everyone's just supposed to get on with it. Employees are leaving in their droves.0 -

Was once at the Abbey but on the broker/intermediary side albeit before the takeover and they were always changing the way they operated - I was made redundant and then while on gardening leave had to drive 100 miles a day for two weeks to train the people who had taken our jobs (apparently they could pay lower wages in that certain part of England!) Then two months later they asked me back - by then had already begun my broker training!0
