I took some Jus Rol pastry out of the fridge on Monday to defrost and forgot to use it yesterday. Will be be ok to make something with today or should it be used within 24 hours?
I was going to make a tart and refreeze it but if that is not a good idea could I make something from it which would keep a couple of days?

as long as its been in the fridge it will be fine I would make something and then cook and freeze it or if its just sausage rolls make them and freeze for later Its pastry, nothing radio active
