'Free' Water reality check

I'm not entirely convinced that this thread really belongs on the G&E board.
It seems to be seeking advice on how to structure a rainwater disposal scheme so as to qualify for a reduction in water charges that was really intended for people (like myself as it happens) who add no rainwater to the public sewerage system but would allow the OP to continue returning rainwater used for flushing WCs or washing clothes to that same public sewerage system. Is that really "Ethical" ?
I have recently learned that MSE have another page specifically designed for queries about water & sewerage which (for some reason that I really don't understand !) can only be accessed from their page intended for 'energy' topics.
Can I suggest that moving this thread to the Water section of the Energy board might be more appropriate than continuing to embarrass us 'Ethical Folk' ?NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50
