the reason i am asking this questions are i am coming off the mortgage. we can complete the transfer of deeds until this is sorted.

Hi
Is this a charging order against the property following a CCJ?
Not a charge from a secured loan for example?
Was the debt with the charging order in just your name? and is the property currently owned by yourself and at least one another person?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
