Trying to get a mortgage

I went to HSBC to try and borrow £60k and they said I would need to earn £15k per year which I earn less than. Anyone recommend me any banks that are willing to give me that type of mortgage? could be a fixed rate.

Try Nationwide who you already have your mortgage with. Not rocket science is it?

Still with your existing lender until your current salary increases or you pay more off your mortgage."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
