Asda have recently launched a 1kg tub of greek yogurt for £1.90 but at the moment it is on offer for £1.40. Have only tried the full fat but it is thick, mild in flavour and really creamy. It is almost (I say almost) nice enough to tempt me away from my full fat natural Onken addiction (1kg £2 in Tesco). Another place you could try is a local asian supermarket, several of the ones round here (West Mids) have lots of types of plain yogurt really cheap, have seen 3x500g pots for £1.0

In the end I settled on Milbona natural yogurt from Lidl.
I found some Greek ones too sour while Greek style was too sweet.
Milbona is 3.9% sugar which is pretty low....fat content is not important to me.... and it's 65p for 500g I think.
I could buy bigger packs but I worry how long they can be kept for once opened.500g does me for 4 days0
