Loan from bank yesterday when will debts be paid
Hi I managed to get a loan from my bank yesterday ( natwest) to consolidate my loans, the money went into my account within a few hours and payments were set up to transfer money for my debts today so I think that would've been at midnight. It's showing on my online banking with natwest the payments have been robe I just wonder how long it will take to show on my accounts, I've checked them online also and still showing they havnt received payments, I'm assuming because the bank sent it, could it take longer they used the banking details on back of each store card and credit cards payslip. I've always paid online or automated over telephone and it's pretty much instant out of my bank but doesn't show on statement until usually a day or so after. I just want to be able to see the debt clear so I can close store card and credit card accounts. I hope I've made sense and sorry for waffling, these debts av been like a millstone around my neck . . . I just want to see the back of them. . . Never done anything like thus before so hope somebody can help . . Or at least understand what I'm trying to explain
thanks

If payments have been sent, stop worrying. Cut up the cards if it helps you feel better.I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

in general, even after your have paid in full there will still be some interest owing after the next statement
so wait the for the next statement before trying to actually close the account,.0 -

That's a very good point thank you. I actually think with one exception I could've overpaid the debt as the statements bank used had had a payment made since. So hoping they might refund me something if account in credit and I close account?. . . . . I can dream0 -
Wait until you get the next statement for each account. Then give written notice of closing the account. That way you know that are no loose ends.0
