Went shopping with my debit card yesterday and the money came off twice. Yesterday it was a pending transaction, today its showing as cleared. The shop shop claim not to have the money, the bank claims the shop has to refund the money and neither are willing to do anything. Help!

been there myself before.
its the shops. they need to "release" the transaction. they do thisd by ringing the bank. It will expire after a few days IIRC, but if you need the money now, then you need to call them to get them to do it.:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
