Hi all,
I've just had a delivery from Muscle Food which had a really good deal on chicken and meat packs.
In the pack I have included:
22 chicken breasts - huge!
800g beef mince
1kg baby potatoes
1 x 500g slow cooker veg mix
1 x 500g shredded red cabbage
The rest of the deal was steaks, which chips and onions are compulsory with, but what can I make with the rest?
I am not a bad cook, but have limited time.
I do have a slow cooker.
Thanks

Best ever pulled chicken in slow cooker,
Serves 4
4-6 (depending on size) chicken thighs with skin removed
3tbsp hoi sin sauce
2tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 crushed garlic clove
1" fresh peeled and grated ginger
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
6 tbsp water
Put all of the ingredients except the chicken into a saucepan and bring to the boil then simmer for 1
minute. Put chicken in slow cooker and top with the sauce. Cook for 2 1/2 hours on high (or until
chicken cooked through - breasts take less time) then remove chicken and shred with two forks.
Return to the sauce and cook for a further 30 minutes.0 -

Here's something really simple.
tin cream of chicken condensed soup
hand fill of sweetcorn I use frozen as even smallest tin to much for two.
I chicken fillet per person
Half can of milk
You could put it in the slow cooker for an hour and a half or oven at 150 for 3/4 of a hour.
Put your sweetcorn and chicken in the casserole dish, top with the soup and add about 1/2 a can of milk. come back and stir in about 20 mins.
I have tried serving it with lots of different things but always go back to roast potatoes a green veg and carrots. You must use condensed soup other soups are too thin. It needs to be cream of chicken.
This is one of our favourites quick and easy and really tasty. Quite good for using up L O chicken too.0
