CREDIT EXPERT - Experian

Hi All,
I have been looking at my credit report with Experian, I know since being on here that lenders don't generally use the information but I am curious as to what is on there.
My husband and I cleared our credit cards in December, does anyone know how often this information gets updated? It is still showing that we owe money on them.
Thanks in Advance

It is usually updated monthly, and can typically be up to 4-5 weeks out of date.
It should show some point this month.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Hi findingthisdifficult
Tixy is right, just responded before I did.
The credit account information on your report, is updated once a month by each of your lenders, while ever the accounts stay open.
We also put the new data through quality control each month before we include it on your credit report. As a result, there will be a short delay between, for example, you paying off a credit card and seeing this reflected on your report.
I hope this helps, if your husband wanted to email me his details (name/dob/address) I would be able to take a look into this for him further.
Kind Regards
