Well yet again this week we have been paid holiday pay and had not expected it with him not being working there that long, so we have a nice little bonus in the bank today! Woo hoo! We have managed to end the month with £350 spare - not sure how! Anyway, my figures are all correct, must just not have spent as much as predicted on shopping etc. So, an extra £350 to do something with ...... decisions decisions. Take it off the £1100 overdraft or take it off the last credit card outstanding £750ish .... I don't think there is a contest really as the overdraft costs about £6 a month in interest whilst crapital one is 34.9% APR, about £20 a month in interest. Gosh I never thought I would get so excited about paying things off. There was a time when that £350 would have gone in my pocket for a trip to the shops!
....oh and wish me luck today as my exam results are out for that horrid exam I took in June with the OU ..... :eek:

What a great position to be in.....
You're not the only one champing at the bit to pay bills......
I'm a newbie here, only two weeks but I was so frustrated when my wages took three days to clear! I just wanted to pay my credit card!
Must be contagious all this debt reduction!!!!
