Suggestions for a dinner using white pudding

Anyone any bright ideas on how to make a dinner with white pudding.

I've found this and it looks pretty nice - Pasta/fried pudding/roasted tomatoes.

But I'm not a huge fan of pasta so looking for other ideas - however OH loves pasta, so may just compromise with it.

Just thought some of you might have some bright ideas.
