Hi, all
I am hoping that someone can help me...
A few years back someone very kindly sent me a tracking spreadsheet that I could put my current mortgage balance into every month along with the HPI figure and it changed the current value of my home in line with the HPI movement and amended my current LTV based upon this and my balance.
I have tried to find this great spreadsheet but cannot
Does anyone have anything like this that they would be happy to share with me please? I would be very grateful :starmod:

heres what I do:
=(210000/295.89*N13)
210000 = house purchase value
295.89 = land registry index for essex for the month of purchase
N13 = cell containing current index for essex
then for LTV is just =(cell containing mortgage balance/cell containing estimated house value)
hope that helps?0 -
Thank you!
I'm not good with spreadsheets but will show what you've written to someone that is!
Thanks again
