Swagbucks survery problem

I just joined Swagbucks yesterday and I saw a survey advertised for 80SB points so I checked it out, filled in my details and then it said this:
"Thanks for your participation. Unfortunately, your profile does not match the requirement of this survey."
They never mentioned any requirements, Is this normal?
