Hi not sure if anyone can help, under the new Pension rules from 06/04/15 I can make a drawdown on my pension fund, can I still do this as I am over 55 and still working.
Also I am still paying a student loan from 1998 to 2002, will I have to pay them anything from my pension drawdown.
Many thanks
