Hi,
Has anyone else had problems getting missing points for completed surveys added to their account?
I completed a survey in September last ear. The points weren't added straight away, but that's fair enough as the invitation said it could take up to 8 weeks for points to be added.
Points for this survey were added, but not the right amount- 25 points instead of 100. I wrote to Julia Davy just before Christmas and on 23/12 she wrote back saying she'd look into this. I haven't heard anything since: I sent a follow up last week, but I've had no reply. The points haven't been corrected either.
Am I unlucky, or this normal for this site?
