Hi, help please. catalogue defaulted on my request for credit agreement in Feb. Since then they have sent details to the lovely moorcroft who have threatened court etc - but no credit agreement. I haven't received statements since October from catalogue and so actual amount of debt isn't known - with them adding extra costs. Sent a letter using great templates from MSE mid July to catalogue and moorcroft pointing out they can not provide ca. No respose as yet. So what happens now
