  • I do BBQ pork and the first day we have it in a roll with coldsaw the second day as a pizza with red onion the third day in a wrap with apple sauce.I have just made a 3:99 pork joint last 5 people 3 days so 15 meals. You could have it with jackets and coldsaw will be watching this post with interest as I often do BBQ pulled pork.

I've made 'shepherds pie' with mine

Mix your pulled pork with frozen peas & gravy, place in an oven dish, top with mashed potato and pop in oven...serve with veg

I had a hearty soup last week with a handful of pulled pork in for a bit of variety - delicious!
The BBQ sauce might not be quite so cooperative.

I make shepherds pie with mine too. I also just bag it and put it in the freezer to defrost at another time.

  • We put it with stir fry veg and noodles, that worked very well.
