Northern rock (nram) together mortgages

I read recently that NRAM were in hot water regarding their together mortgages as a result of a court case they bought on themselves. It mentioned that together mortgage customers may be in line for compensation in relation to loans that run along side the mortgages. Where are they with this? I have 8 loans running along side my together mortgage?

I have and they can't tell me anything at this stage and I would be contacted if it effects me, but could give no details or time frame0
